□ (추진배경) 중소․중견기업 수출확대 혁신방안(‘16.3.3) 후속조치 이행
◦ 1만개 수출기업화 후보군 발굴 및 연계 지원
◇ 벤처·이노비즈 등 기술우수기업과 금융권, 협·단체 등 유관기관 추천기업 등을 중심으로 1만개 해외진출 유망기업 발굴
◇ 선별된 수출유망기업 후보군은 내수, R&D, 수출을 연계
* (레퍼런스 마켓) 공공 조달시장, 공영홈쇼핑, 행복한 백화점 등 해외판매를 위한 실적을 형성 * (현지화 R&D) 제품 특성 및 수출 희망 지역의 특성을 감안한 기술 및 디자인 개발 등 * (생산) 정책자금 공급을 통해 생산 및 운전자금 공급 * (수출) 브로셔 제작, 전시·박람회 참석 등 종합적 수출지원 |
□ 추진방안
① 유망내수기업 후보군 발굴
- 발굴기관 : (협․단체) 중기중앙회, 벤처기업협회, 이노비즈협회, VC협회, 창업보육협회 등 8개(유관기관) 코트라, 중진공, 신보, 기보 등 4개
- 후보기업군 : 수출액 10만불 이하 내수기업(수출액이 없는 기업도 포함)으로서 각 기관별 특성*을 고려하여 발굴
* 예시(기술보증기금) : 거래기업 중 매출액 상위기업(30억원)으로 신기술에너지, IT 등 신성장기업, 제조업체 중심으로 발굴할 예정
② 유망내수기업군 DB화 : 중소기업진흥공단(수출지원처) 수행
* 후보군간 중복기업을 제외하고, 수출지원센터(www.exportcenter.go.kr)를 통해기관간 공유․활용이 가능하도록 DB로 관리

* (Reference market) Establishes results for overseas sales such as public procurement market, public home shopping, happy department store
* (Localization R & D) Development of technology and design considering characteristics of product and characteristics of region to be exported
* Production and operation funding through (production) policy funding
* (Export) Comprehensive export support including brochure production, exhibition and exhibition
□ Promotion plan
① Identification of prospective domestic companies
- Excavation Institution: 8 (related organizations) such as Mid-term National Federation, Venture Business Association, Inno-Biz Association, VC Association, Incubator Association 4
- Candidate companies: Domestic companies with less than $ 100,000 in exports (including those without exports)
* Example (Technology Guarantee Fund): The top company with sales (KRW 3 billion) among trading companies will be excavated based on new technology such as energy and IT.
② Promising Domestic Enterprise Group DB: Implementation of SME Promotion Corporation (Export Support Office)
* Except duplicate companies between candidates, it is possible to share and utilize through export support center (www.exportcenter.go.kr) through DB
